About Sabrina Wieser
“It is the activity of moving fast on foot, especially as a sport." That’s what you’ll find in the dictionary when you look for the word running. For me running is so much more. Running is so powerful. I’m an experienced marathoner, creator and a USATF certified running coach based in New York City.
I got my certification as a running coach because my goal was to help others to love running by enhancing best practices when it comes to the running form, the right gear, and the best possible training. My running expertise is 10+ years strong.
My expertise in enhancing running performance through training and nutrition has been recognized by many within the running community and different media outlets such as Huffington Post, the Dr. Oz Show and Adidas running.
My expertise in long-distance running
I’m a 8x marathoner with over 201Half Marathons in my pocket. I ran the Staten Island Half, the Brooklyn Half, the NYC Half Marathon and many other major races here in the city.
I traveled to Atlanta to run the Peachtree Road Race in 2018, ran the Santo Domingo Half Marathon in 2019 and the Miami Half Marathon in 2020. I ran multiple marathons in the US as well as in Europe over the last few years.
The reason why I love to run
People run for so many different reasons. I run because of its empowering effect on my life, I feel energized, and it truly makes me happy. Running has shown me that I can do so much more than I ever thought possible.
I want to share this experience and the emotions that come along with it with my clients and the running community.
We all need things in our lives that we enjoy and make us feel good. What makes me different from most other runners is that I do both running and bodybuilding.
The combination of both sports to this degree at the same time is rare to find in the running community and hard to put into reality for most athletes.
I want to thank you for reading my blog and I hope we can share the love for running together from now on.
