Super Power Protein Smoothie Recipe
1 c. vanilla unsweetened almond milk (you can also use low-fat/non-fat milk, coconut milk, or water)
1 scoop of protein powder (Clear Naked Whey)
1 container of nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 c. frozen mixed berries
½ c. frozen spinach
1 tbsp Chia seeds
