The Life Time Miami Marathon and Miami Half Marathon draw athletes from across the globe, making them standout annual athletic events that celebrate both the vibrant culture of Miami and South Beach, as well as the diverse nationalities of the participants.

Over its 19-year history, the race has developed into an internationally renowned event with a field of 25,000 runners from all 50 states and over 80 countries.

I ran this race many times before and the last time in 2022 and will run it again in 2024. Please enjoy my guide to your Miami Marathon 2024 and Miami Half Marathon in 2024.

Experience the Miami Marathon and Miami Half Marathon Courses

These world-class racecourses are USTAF-certified, featuring flat terrain and a single-loop design, and they are also Boston-qualifying. Runners will encounter several bridges with gentle inclines, all conveniently held in the closed-to-vessel position throughout the race.

Digital time clocks are strategically placed along the course, with additional clocks at the finish line to provide unofficial timing for your race. You'll also find course markers, directional arrows, and signage to keep you on track and ensure a smooth run.

As you tackle the full or half marathon, you'll be treated to entertainment along the course, creating an exciting atmosphere for both participants and spectators. And here's a bonus: if you originally registered for the full marathon but decide to switch to the half marathon, you'll still receive a well-deserved half marathon finisher's medal. Enjoy the ultimate Miami running experience!
